I am writing to you about my experience with Donna Kempinski.
Let me give you a little personal back story first.
In Nov 2005 I like many people I took the leap into what was once considered an infallible investment (real estate).  A few months later I lost 2 family members so I moved back to NJ and was forced into being a long distance landlord. Saying I tried my best was an understatement. I suffered thru multiple (terrible) tenants, each of whom took their turn killing my psyche and my wallet. eventually money ran out.... over the next few years I literally went thru over a dozen signed contracts with half serious buyers.... and for one reason or another we lost them all. well after months of negotiations and getting my butt kicked by the Bank and HOA I finally have success.
All that said Donna was not my first agent. I had previously used 2 others neither of which in my opinion cared about me as a pe rson, or took my real estate transaction seriously because it was not large in size. Back in 2009 I received a solicitation letter from Donna, and the one thing that caught my eye is that she said she always follows up and speaks to her buyers/sellers at least once a week. WOW this was amazing to me, because I was dealing with people previously that just didn’t care. Right from the beginning she not only followed up often, but always kept moving forward. I have multiple realtors in my family, and all of them said they would have left me after losing deal after deal, just with the excuse that it’s not doable. Donna never said that. Every time we lost a deal for the craziest of reasons she became more resilient. I am sure you are familiar with how tough short sales in Tampa have become. We had to deal with Bank of America and an HOA that was really struggling…. No one wanted to help…. Except Donna.

When I say I literally owe my life to this woman I am not exaggerating, I am not sure there is anyone else out there that could have done what she did.  The entire process was painful, cumbersome, and time consuming. But she was always positive. She was my biggest and in many cases my only ally.  For literally 2 full years she worked on selling my condo, and now because of her I can look into 2012 with a positive outlook.

Honestly I can probably write for pages and pages and pages about Donna. In the end I have made a friend for life.

There is no way I can thank her enough for everything she has done, but at very least I thought it was very important to let you know about her efforts.

I ask that you please share my praises of Donna as high up in your organization as possible.
