My name is Donna Kempinski. My trademark for over 28 years has been “Donna K”. I stand for honesty, integrity and dedication. My phrase is “I like to sleep well at night”. Throughout my career I have seen agents come and go. It is a must to stay on top of the game - work hard and service well, which is what I have always done and will continue to do. I started at the bottom and worked my way up to become a respected professional by my clients as well as my piers. I can handle all forms of real estate from residential to commercial to vacant land.
 
I have sold well over 140 Million Dollars in Real Estate. I have never been involved in any disputes or legal problems with my clients. In fact, I was on the Board of Realtors Grievance Committee correcting agents who did not handle their job morally or ethically.
 
I am a full time agent working 7 days a week. I get involved in the community and also do charity work. I have my Brokers License in Florida and my Real Estate License in Michigan. I also handle relocations from around the world. I have taken real estate courses year after year to stay informed on any changes in the real estate business. I personally serve the Tri-County area in both states. I have in-depth knowledge in real estate policies and laws. I feel the best education is hands-on experience which I have had for over 24 years. This is why I can sell homes in any type of market whether it is bad or good.

  7. I provide exposure and the right price to sell homes and I will do a 30 Day review of pricing to be sure the seller’s listing price stays in line with the market.
  8. I will advertise in the paper, on the internet, hold open houses, put a for sale sign in the yard, send just listed notices to the neighborhood so they can let their family and friends know there is a home for sale near them, add extra photos and description to the Multiple Listing Service, make professional flyers for buyers to take when they preview the home, and on higher end homes advertise in International and U.S. websites and magazines.
 My excellent negotiating skills apply to Sellers and Buyers, trying to get the best deal possible. I try to make sure my clients make an educated decision on their maybe largest investment ever. I will NOT steer them in a direction to suit my needs or wants but give them the individual professional advice they need to make an informed decision.
 
I currently service a large amount of listings and provide individual attention to each. I will protect my clients to the up-most and see that they make a good investment and take their investments to the next level.
